The 11th session of the case of Yasin Börü, Hüseyin Dakak, Riyad Güneş and Hasan Gökgöz, who was slaughtered by PKK / HDP members on the streets with the call of HDP Co-Chairman Selahattin Demirtaş, on October 6-8, 2014, has ended.

The next hearing on the case which 41 suspected, 19 detainees in Ankara 2nd Heavy Penal Court has been adjourned to January 25, 2017.

HUDA PAR Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu, made an explanation to the members of the press after the adjourned hearing, pointed out that nothing has changed since the last session.

Yapıcıoğlu stated that justice is delayed with prolonged of process and said, "It may take a very long time for a HTS report and a forensic report to be taken. And justice is delayed. There are also very serious shortcomings due to the huge mistakes made during the investigation phase."

Yapıcıoğlu emphasized that with the punishment of people in the case who were gunmen on the streets only on that day would not be satisfied by public opinion, and added, "The sentiment of justice has been damaged. Those who put those people on the streets, and those who were in charge of all the citizens' lives and property, and who administer them. Do they have flaws, omissions and intentions in their duties? Without completing those issues, this case will not be completed. Even if this trial is over, if some or all of the prosecutors are be punished, we will not leave this case unless we have been thoroughly investigated by other means and before all responses have not received punishment. We thank all those who continue the interest and insist on seeking justice.” (ILKHA)
