Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu, President of HUDA PAR, participated in kermis [fair] organized by the 9 student clubs in Dicle University for the civilians in Aleppo, highlighted the humanity drama in Syria's city of Aleppo, saying "We wish that the ceasefire provided for the evacuation of civilians is going to be permanent.”

HUDA PAR Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu and accompanying party members participated in kermis organized for civilians in Aleppo by 9 student clubs operating at Dicle University [DU] and provided financial support.

HUDA PAR Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu was accompanied by Deputy Chairman Vedat Turgut, Provincial Chairman Şeyhmus Tanrıkulu and party members.

Yapıcıoğlu came to the Fetih Mosque in the DU before the kermis and performed the Friday prayer here. Then joined to the kermis held at the Faculty of Theology which its income received from the prepared house dishes to donate civilians of Aleppo.

Yapıcıoğlu had a conversation with students in kermis for a while, paid attention to the humanity drama in Aleppo in the statement he made here.

Yapıcıoğlu wished help from Allah for all of the oppressed all over the world, and said, “Persecution carried out in many places in different geographies of Syria, not only in the Aleppo since the beginning of the Syrian war. But Aleppo has been on the agenda for the last few days. But there was an ongoing persecution for a long time. I hope Allah helps them. Here, 9 separate student clubs at the Faculty of Theology in Dicle University came together on behalf of youth Muslim and organized a kermis for the benefit of the oppressed there. Today we came to help as much as we can. We said we would have a finger in the pie for our brothers and sisters. I congratulate the organizers of these kermis. May Allah, accept their goodness. I hope there will be a race between them in similar goodwill, number of our competing young people may increases. May Allah, do not show the pain to this Ummah again. We at least hope that the ceasefire provided for the evacuation of the civilians there will be permanent, and that the blood flowing there will stopped."

Yapıcıoğlu said, "The Ummah can of course be combined, but they need to believe that they can unite, uttering to come together and believe this. If they believe this and take the first step, the back will come easily and quickly, but they say 'learned helplessness'; they put it into our minds. 'How will this Ummah come together?' I give the following example to those who say so; Europe has had two world wars in the past century, killing almost 100 million people from each other. Then they came together. They removed the borders between them, they have passed to the common currency. Right now we call them the European Union. Although they are made up of many countries, we also give this name to them."

"Absolutely one day the Ummah will come together"

Yapıcıoğlu said he has constant belief that this Ummah will unite one day and added, “While there are hundreds and thousands of common points, while the book we believe is ordering to be brother, while we were on the side of the fire pit and we were saved by Allah’s blessings and became brother with its blessings, why as we Ummah of Prophet Muhammad, as Muslims cannot come together? I am amazed at those who think that it is impossible and what they say. If they are not malevolent, I think they are in a state of learned helplessness. This is possible, I hope it will happen one day. Our wish is that the time of its realization is not too far away, we believe it will definitely happen someday.” (ILKHA)
