'This heinous attack targeted human life and whole society'

Human Rights Society Headquarters released a statement on attacks in Istanbul, where 44 people lost their lives and nearly 200 people wounded. In the statement they emphasizing that bomb exploitation is a crime against humanity in areas where there is life, was invited to all public and press sensitivities and wanted the inquiry to be carried out seriously.

In the statement drew attention to the attack carried out on December 10, the day the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted and said, "This heinous attack is targeted at human life and the whole society, which is the most important element of Human Rights."

Whichever comes, and whatever its purpose, the attackers and supporters of the attack that are cursed in the statement, it said, "These actions cannot be a legitimate and justified basis to see as a method. Blowing up bombs in every area where people live is a humanity crime more than terrorism.”

"We are amazed for the silence of human rights organizations in the West"

In the statement, which draws attention to the silence of Western states and human rights institutions, they said, “Related to the attack on December 10, we are wondering as the Human Rights Society the silence of the states and human rights institutions in the West, where Universal Declaration of Human Rights originated. The public and the non-governmental organizations are very good at seeing the concept of Westerns which they lowered human right as a politics and political discourse. Ignoring of these terrorist acts means support to terrorism, and legitimate their methods."

"We wish mercy on lost lives, our condolences to their families”

"We are also inviting all public opinion and the press to be more sensitivity to such heinous attacks that have shaken society deeply. We want them to know that they should not share shaking audiovisual shots, do not use a language that provokes, otherwise they will serve the purpose of the attackers and their supporters."

Finally, "We curse this brutal action without looking at sides and their backs, also we hope the death toll not to rise and demand an effective inquiry from judicial and administrative authorities.
