Istanbul Çaglayan Judicial Heavy Penal Court No. 1 has decided the Mavi Marmara Case to be dropped and capture decision about Israeli soldiers to be removed.

Related to the attack on Mavi Marmara Ship in international waters of Mediterranean, the court has decided for the case of 4 defendant who are on trial including Israeli former Chief of Staff Aluf Gabiel Ashknazi to be dropped, warrant decision about defendant to be lifted. (ILKHA)
