Following the postponement of Yasin Börü and his friends’ murderer’s case, which was seen in the Ankara 2nd Heavy Penal Court yesterday, the families of the victims who spoke to ILKHA's microphone demanded a fair trial and asked instigators to be involved in the case.

The 10th trial of Yasin Börü and his friends' murder suspects was adjourned to Wednesday, December 28th. The victims' families, who responded to the prolonged extension of the case, said that the case wanted to be diluted.

Father of Hüseyin Dakak, who was murdered during October 6-7 attacks, Öztekin Dakak, Mustafa Börü, the uncle of Yasin Börü, and Mehmet Gökgöz, father of Hasan Gökgöz, responded by saying "from whom should we expect justice".

Öztekin Dakak stated that the attackers should also be involved in the case, "We are waiting for the trial of Selahattin Demirtaş and Figen Yüksekdağ.".

"I have not been expecting justice from this court since the first day.” Dakak paid attention to the lawlessness they have been experienced and added, "In the first trial, they brought the person who steals my child's phone which the trial was delayed, and when we went to the second trial, they released the person who steals the phone. A trial was made without us. They were released pending.”

"Instigators are not in the file"

Dakak said, "I expect a fair trial from the court and instigators also we have to intervene in this case. We are waiting for Selahattin Demirtaş and Figen Yüksekdağ to come in and judge.”

Mustafa Börü, uncle of Yasin Börü, said that the instigators should be involved in the case file.

"There are no developments in case" said Börü and added. "Pawn of instigators are on trial. But still there are no instigators in the files yet. There was no conclusion about it either. No evidences in Diyarbakır has reached here. The case is diluted as it is diluted. We want all Muslims to claim this case. This case is a case of right and superstition. It's not Yasin and his friends."

"The same scenarios were played in court"

Hasan Gökgöz’s father Mehmet Gökgöz stated that is not different from the other hearings, which the instigators must be on trial and they want justice.

Gökgöz, "There was no change in this trial, the same scenarios were played, the lawyers call it 'thieves', the thief has no religion nor faith, and someone who is a thief will not kill my son? Those are all scenarios. The one who steals my son’s mobile phone is known when my son was martyred.  I want him to be involved in this case and to bring the files together and bring them to Ankara. We want Selahattin Demirtaş, Figen Yüksekdağ and Gültan Kışanak, the instigators of the assaults, to be involved in this case and get on trial.” (ILKHA)
