Politicians, NGO representatives and journalists, who follow the 10th the trial of the case alleged murders of Yasin Börü, Riyad Güneş, Hüseyin Dakak and Hasan Gökgöz, made statement to ILKHA after the hearing and said even it is known that the instigators of the event are HDP politicians who are in prison now and why the files haven’t combined yet.

HUDA PAR Secretary General Şehzade Demir who follows the case, said that there was no concrete development in the case.

Demir who evaluating the murder of Yasin Börü and his friends within the scope of the crimes committed against humanity, added and said, "Documents requested from the competent judicial police in Diyarbakir did not come to be added to the file. Somehow this file is not being completed, it is not helped, and we think it is intentional. Even it is the 10th hearing and there is no improvement today. This showed us one more time; people’s life are very cheap in Turkey. We do not perceive Yasin Börü's case as the massacre of only 4 oppressed people. Yasin Börü and his colleagues are in fact very important at the point of uncovering a mind."

Demir pointed that in cases of crimes against the state are being resolved as soon as possible in Turkiye, he said: "But humanity crimes, crimes against the faith and crimes against public is very heavy and often the crimes committed in this direction remains unreciprocated. Crime against Yasin Börü and his friends in this area, crimes committed in that period is actually a serious crime against humanity and therefore are non-refundable, is ownerless."

"Justice continues to suffer in this way"

Emphasizing that the instigators should also be included in the file, Demir stated that public conscience is still uncomfortable.

Demir said they are not hopeful about the future trials, recalling the instigator of the incident are in prison from another crimes, "Politicians who are instigators of the event are on remand from other files. Even their parliamentary immunities lifted, files are not combined yet. Those files should be combined with this file. We see as major deficiency that the case of Yasin Börü and his friends’ murder are limited to the current defendants. This case is a much larger case. There is infrastructure, political legs, a foot in the judicial police. It also has a media stand. All of them must be taken in front of the judgment. Justice continues to suffer in this way, their families, their lovers and humanity continue to suffer. We believe that the case should now continue this way.”

Chairman of the Human Rights Society (IHC) Lawyer Mehmet Karadağ, said that the evidence that was missing during the investigation should be completed in the process of prosecution.

As the Human Rights Society, Karadağ said that they were closely following the case. "A brutal massacre took place in the events of October 6-8. In Diyarbakir, this massacre was not a secret slaughter, it is a publicly event that hundreds of people were involved and witnessed in the city center. It was also reported in the statement made after the meeting; there are 21 arrested suspects. However, this event is not committed by 21 people, but a murder committed by hundreds of people. It is expected that this case is going to be resulted transparent and lawfully in public, and which the criminals are going to be punished. For that, the public must follow this case, this trial and the aftermath."

Karadağ emphasized that the case was not followed up sufficiently by organizations that defined themselves as "human rights organizations" and said that the case should be pursued sensitively.

"We are waiting for evidences to be gathered at least during the prosecution and to be decided"

Drawing attention to the deficiencies in the court file, Karadağ continued:

"At the point where we arrive we want of the evidences about defendants who are currently arrested to be appreciated and judged by the court and to make a fair decision. Unfortunately, we also know that there is no good investigation, no effective investigation in the investigation stage. At least, the court now should collect evidences in its current situation. We think that the deficiencies in the investigation phase should be compensated in this way. We expect the evidence to be collected and decided at least in the process of prosecution in an effective investigation."

Doğruhaber Newspaper columnist Mehmet Göktaş said that the case of Yasins is growing.

Göktaş voicing that HDP deputies are prisoned in public opinion, and added "If some people from outside are listening to this case, do you know what they think now? They will think that ‘25 innocent children were captured and brought in and they have been kept inside for 2 years'. There is such a defense, a perception operation. Our people know how this thing started. In this work, massacre was carried out which is unprecedented in the world. Some have forgotten it, but Muslims have not forgotten it."

"Our people prisoned Demirtaşes in their conscience"

Göktaş, said that they have hopes for instigators to come for judgment, and added: "The cause of Yasins is growing, Allah will not let it go and it will grow. Demirtaşes have condemned in the conscience of our people. They are already murderers in the vision of prudent people and Muslims. Of course the killers of our sons are not just those simple triggermen. Decision has given by our people but will it manifested in the courthouse corridors, we believe that.” (ILKHA)
