Families of those prisoners who interned with the plots and tricks of FETO and 28 February juntas because of their Islamic identity and suffered for years are gathered under the roof of an initiative called “Victim Families of 28 February and FETO” and stating the size of cruelty they have seen.

Thousands judges, prosecutors and those police officers who played active role in conspiracies cases are dismissed under investigations of FETO/PDY after 15 July coup attempt which warded off by people.

While most of the dismissed police officers and judiciaries are arrested because of being a terrorist organization member, their court orders are being discussing again.

Conspire proceedings started with the speech of Fethullah Gulen

Proceeding of Vahdet-Der started after the speech of Fethullah Gulen published in herkul.org on 6 April 2009 which the same conspire proceeding way they followed that is known as Tahsiye proceeding in the public opinion. Then Mustazaf-Der Branch Chairperson Mustafa Yetis sentenced 10 years 6 months in prison, Adiyaman Vahdet-Der manager Ahmet Yildirim 9 years, Vahdet-Der others members Ahmet Kalan, Huseyin Demir, Ismail Alpaydin and Kamil Demiral are sentenced to 7 years 6 months in prison in the opened case in Malatya 3rd heavy penal court.

In the report related the case prepared by of Association of Human Rights and Freedoms Law Commission all lawlessness are revealed, it is stated in the report that  deterioration should be done about victims and call conspirator polices, prosecutors and judges  to account.
