A new victimization has emerged related to the lawlessness treatments of FETO/PDY’s judgments members. Despite of eviction order given by penal department no.9 of the Supreme Court, it is learned that Hizbullah convict Sebih Sever has been kept in jail deliberately for extra 2 years and his eviction order had been hided.

After the 15 July US-backed coup attempt, on the scope of started investigation tens of thousands from military and civil bureaucracy are suspended from duty, and arrested. The very interesting victimization news caused by military, police officers, and judgment members those related to FETO is about Hizbullah convict Sebih Sever.

Released from Siverek closed prison yesterday night where he was kept, Sebih Sever uttered the lawlessness he lived that he had been kept in the prison deliberately for extra 2 years.

Sebih Sever who staying in jail for 10 years remarked that despite of lawlessness he lived and across all legal applications he couldn’t make his voice to be heard, said it was FETO victimized him deliberatively and willingfully those who their structure in the state uncovered after the 15 July coup attempt.

I was kept 2 extra years in jail deliberately

“It was fixed by the court that the crimes they accused me can’t be applied on me because I was younger than 18 that time. Even I reported this situation to authorities with petition, I didn’t get any result. All my applications had been rejected by parallel structure members’ judges and prosecutors. Those judges and prosecutors who sentenced me are sent in jails after the 15 July coup attempt. Then I applied again, uttered the lawlessness I lived. Thanks to Allah, the victimization I lived has taken in consideration and I have been released. Later than we realized that the penal department no. 9 of the Supreme Court evicted an order that they can’t judge me under the terror crime because I was under 18 years old. But still I was kept in prison for extra 2 years deliberately. I will apply in legal ways for resolving of this victimization” (ILKHA)
