Diyarbakır Governorship reported that 2 police officers, 1 child, in total 3 lost their lives and 25 people wounded in the car bomb attack targeted Sehit Emniyet Amiri Murat Ucar Region Checking Station located on Diyarbakır-Batman highway on the way to Bismil.

In the statement, “An explosion on 15.08.2016 around 13:10 o’clock occurred by a vehicle bomb attack targeted Sehit Emniyet Amiri Murat Ucar Region Checking Station located on  Diyarbakır-Batman highway in  Bismil district which the road is in use heavily by public transportation and private vehicles.” has been said.

Following of the statement it is said that according to the initial reports 2 police officers and one child have lost their lives, 25 others wounded including 8 police officers. (ILKHA)
