religious scholar Abdurrahim Timurtaş made a statement about Ramadan to İLKHA and stated that Ramadan is the month of Quran thus we need to read Quran with meaning and explaination and adviced that we should attend the conversations which are about Quran.

Timurtaş claimed that The holy Ramadan is month of self-education to become servants to Allah. İt is the month of education to be worshipers. Therefore we should spend our full-time with. İn the holy month of Ramadan worship was performed with its all dimensions. Therefore all Gates we open will be opend to goodness because in this month self and devils were fastened, they cannot hinder the goodness” he said.

How do we need to experience the holy Ramadan?

Timurtaş indicated that we should not just do to perform namaz and fast. We should visit patient people and our relatives who feel resentful and give a present to each other. If the number of muslims need to be majorıty we should increase the number of muslims everywhere, especialy at terawih prayer. we should abound and we allow children to come to mosque that the number of muslims rise dramatically.”

Timurtaş stated that we need to participate the Quranic conversation. “Quran is sent down during Ramadan. In this month We need to read Quran with its meaning and attend Quran conversation. On this occasion we should know what Quran says, what wants from us. Who is giving Quran conversation should explain that to us. If these kind of activities do not happen around us we can watch Quran conversations on TV” he said.

Fasting is upseting plans of devil

Timurtaş said that plans of devil are upset due to fasting in this month. Also devil’s goals and projects which are misleading muslims disappear. It is the month of scattering golds with avoiding wrong comparison. Timurtaş gave an example and said that if someone says that the gold is scattering what will people do? people will go where it is scattering and take the gold. This scattered gold is spiritual gold.”

Each good state of people who is fasting is worship

Timurtaş said lastly that “Even if people sleep this is worship. People who is fasting do not speak and praise Allah, this situation is worship. Also in this month the good deeds are mutiplied. The pray in Ramadan is accaptable by Allah. On holy Ramadan time is never wasted because of this cause. With fasting a human spend his/her entire life with goodness.” (ILKHA)
