Nearly two years ago, during 6-7 October events Yasin Börü, Hüseyin Dakak, Hasan Gökgöz and Riyad Güneş were martyred by a HDP/PKK mob while delivering meat to poor people.

Families of these victims said that they made a complaint against the instigators of the events; these are HDP administrators: Selahattin Demirtaş, Gülten Kışanak and Zübeyde Zümrüt. Despite this long time since the incidents took place, no one has launched any investigation against them.

“I complain about those who caused the death of my son”

Yasin Börü who was slain brutally by a PKK/HDP mob while delivering meat to the indigent, his father Fikri Börü said in his official statement: “Yasin was my oldest child. He was a third grade student in Gaffar Okkan Anatolia High School. On the day of the event, he went out saying’ I will deliver meat’. In the afternoon, the events broke out. I tried to reach him from his mobile but I couldn’t reach him. At first, I thought he took shelter somewhere due to the street incidents, and I didn’t get worry. The other day, we started to research my son that we couldn’t get any news from him. We went to police department and hospitals at first. Then, I went to Dicle University Medical Faculty’s morgue. Some officials working there told me to check out a boy’s body. When I first had a look at my son’s body he was in an unidentified state. I identified him from his clothes and a spot on his left foot. I don’t know those who are really responsible for his death. Those who attacked him are organization-means PKK- followers. Selahattin Demirtaş, Zübeyde Zümrüt, Gültan Kışanak and some others, I don’t know their names, who instigated and provoked people through mass media were responsible for bringing the events to this level. I complain about those who caused the death of my son.  

The similar statement was also made by Hüseyin Dakak’s, who was slain with Yasin Börü, father Öztekin Dakak who also said in his official statement in police records that: “Ahmet Hüseyin Dakak is my third child. On the day of the event he was delivering meat with his friends. The events erupted on Cengizler Street in Bağlar district where they were delivering meat. My son and his friends, who had meat bags on their hands were targeted by PKK, were killed. The real perpetrators of their murder were Selahattin Demirtaş, Zübeyde Zümrüt and Gülten Kışanak who provoked and instigated people to take streets. I complain about them and other murderers who killed my son.”

Other victims’ relatives; Hasan Gökgöz’s elder brother Hüseyin Gökgöz, Riyad Güneş’s brother Nihat Güneş and Yusuf Er’s, who survived wounded, father Şahabettin Er made official complaint about Selahattin Demirtaş, Zübeyde Zümrüt and Gülten Kışanak.

“The instigators of 6-7 October massacre are being protected by a secret hand”

Indicating that he cannot make a sense of even though they made complaint about HDP administrators, no any investigation has conducted against them, Hasan Gökgöz’s father Mehmet Gökgöz said: “thos who caused our children death are strolling freely. We complained about Selahattin Demirtaş, Gülten Kışanak and Zübeyde Zümrüt after the event. Nearly two years have passed but no any charge has brought against Demirtaş, neither have for others. I cannot understand why prosecution office hasn’t launched any investigation. It comes to me that something is being hidden. The instigators of 6-7 October massacre are being protected by a secret hand.

Abdulgani Orhan, one of the lawyers of the case which is known as Yasin Börü or described as 6-7 massacre case by public opinion, highlighted in his explanation regarding the case that all complaints have been made so far, weirdly have been swept under the mat.

“President and Prime Minister mentioned it many times that Demirtaş urged people to take streets, prosecution office hasn’t filed a lawsuit, though”

Orhan said: “Yasin Börü’s and other martyrs’ families lodge a complaint. And many wounded people did it so as well. They all made official complaints in police department about them, nothing has been done so far. As these complaints must have been registered with a number, they were all just said ‘trust us, and don’t worry’. However, they sent the files to the Ministry of Justice for security reasons. Since then, nothing has been done. They deceived every one. Although we have warned them repeatedly, they have done nothing. President and Prime Minister have mentioned it many times that Demirtaş urged people to take the streets, prosecution office hasn’t filed a lawsuit, though.”

“There are some others who don’t have immunity shield”

Orhan answered the question ‘Does immunity a barrier before any investigation?’ as: “No! Prosecution office can file a lawsuit and submit it to parliament with the permission of the Ministry of Interior. Parliament can launch an investigation if it wills. But they preferred to sweep this under the mat. No any file including 6-7 October massacre has been sent to the parliament up to now. Moreover, there are some others who don’t have immunity shield nevertheless nothing has been done.” (ILKHA)
