Ankara 12^th Court of Peace has accepted the dissidents` demand of holding an extraordinary convention and appointed a board consist of 4 members to hold an extra ordinary convention.

Accordingly; 4 trustees appointed by court decision are being expected to organize an extraordinary congress soon. Ayhan Erel, Mehmet Bilgiç, Turan Yaldız and Basri Can will perform their duty as a call delegation for extraordinary convention.

After the court`s decision, Deputy Chairman of MHP Semih Yalçın spoke about the decision and said that they didn`t see the court`s ruling as the right and they would appeal against the decision and they would take this decision to an upper court. (ILKHA)
