Urgent expropriation in Sur
Urgent expropriation of Sur district has been declared by a cabinet decision and the decree has been published in Official Gazette.

The cabinet’s decree including the urgent expropriation of 16 neighborhoods in Sur district and 2 neighborhoods in Yenişehir district has been published in Official Gazette today.
Upon request of Ministry of Environment and Urbanization in accordance with article 27 of the Expropriation Law No. 2942, the decision taken by the Cabinet requires the urgent expropriation of two neighborhoods of Yenişehir and 16 others in Sur district under curfew which had already been declared a risk area within the scope of the Law 6306 also known as the disaster law.
The names of the expropriated neighborhoods are as follows: Abdaldede, Alipaşa, Cemal Yılmaz, Camii Kebir, Cevatpaşa, Dabanoğlu, Hasırlı, İnönü, İskenderpaşa, Lalebey, Malikahmet, Özdemir, Süleyman Gazi, Savaş, Şemhane, Ziya Gökalp, Köşkler and Yenişehir neighbohood" (ILKHA)
