Iranian official assures safety of Quds force commander
Brigadier General Iraj Masjedi, Deputy Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Quds Force for Coordination Affairs, has dismissed rumors about the safety of IRGC Quds Force Commander Brigadier General Esmail Ghaani.
In a local ceremony on Monday, Masjedi confirmed that Ghaani is "safe" and actively engaged in his duties.
Addressing the recent tensions in the region, Masjedi criticized the Israeli occupation regime for its brutal attacks on Gaza and Lebanon. He highlighted the regime's use of "communicative devices" to target Hezbollah Resistance leaders, including Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah. Masjedi condemned the regime's ongoing violence against innocent civilians in southern Lebanon.
He also noted the failure of the Israeli regime's ground attacks on the occupied Palestinian territories and the significant losses inflicted on Israeli forces by Palestinian resistance groups. (ILKHA)
