In a resounding call to action, the Union of Scholars and Madrassas (ITTIHADUL ULEMA) has issued a statement underscoring the imperative need for concerted efforts to address the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

The organization's spokesperson, Mullah Süleyman Kızılçınar, delivered the message, urging the international community to maintain focus on the plight of Palestinians and to actively oppose the oppression perpetrated by the occupation regime.

Kızılçınar began by quoting verses from the Quran that emphasize the importance of compassion and solidarity: "Do not think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do! Allah only postpones them to a day when the eyes will stare in horror." He stressed: "The suffering endured by the Palestinian people today breaks our hearts. The oppression of the occupation regime against Muslims is unacceptable."

Expressing his concern over the lack of meaningful action from the international community, Kızılçınar lamented: "Despite all the reactions, no positive serious steps have been taken politically, diplomatically, and economically. Relations with the occupation regime continue, and trade with them persists as if nothing has happened." He urged: "We must question ourselves as humanity, and especially as Muslims, if we cannot stop the israeli terror."

Addressing both the public and government officials, Kızılçınar urged a unified and unwavering commitment to prioritizing the Gaza issue. "Please do not let artificial agendas make us forget this issue," he implored. "Let's continue the boycott against the Israeli terrorist network in all its forms." He stressed, "Standing against the oppression of oppressors is a necessity for the establishment of justice."

In closing, Kızılçınar reaffirmed ITTIHADUL ULEMA's steadfast commitment to standing with the Palestinian people. "We share all these sufferings of our Palestinian brothers and sisters," he declared. "We ask our Lord for the power and might to do more than this." (ILKHA)
