The martyrs were identified as Mohamed Jalamneh (from al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas), and the brothers, Mohamed and Basel al-Gazzawi. All of them were resistance fighters.
One of the martyrs was reportedly wounded, who had been receiving treatment for months at the hospital. The two others were caregivers.
Local and media sources said that israeli soldiers disguised as civilians (doctors, women and men) stormed the hospital and shot dead the three young men with silencer-fitted guns inside a room on the third floor.
Sounds of heavy gunfire were heard around the hospital following the assassination operation. (ILKHA)
