The data indicated a notable surge of 12.8% in cow's milk collection in November compared to the same month in the previous year. Over the January-November period, there was a 4.3% increase in cow's milk collection compared to the same period in the previous year.

In November, the production of various dairy products from cow's milk also exhibited fluctuations. Cheese production experienced a 13.5% increase, while drink made of yoghurt (ayran) production rose by 18.1%. Yoghurt production increased by 12.0%, and drinking milk production saw a 13.0% rise. However, butter production decreased by 1.2% during the same month.

Looking at the cumulative data for the January-November period, there was a 9.8% increase in cheese production from cow's milk. Drink made of yoghurt (ayran) production grew by 8.1%, yoghurt production increased by 4.4%, and drinking milk production saw a modest 0.8% rise.

In contrast, butter production experienced a notable decrease of 10.3% compared to the same period in the previous year. (ILKHA)
