This initiative is part of Iran's ongoing regional consultations, primarily focused on discussing the latest developments in Palestine amidst the continued violence in the Gaza Strip.

Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, Ali Bagheri Kani, disclosed that the primary agenda for Amir-Abdollahian's visits to Qatar and Türkiye will revolve around discussions regarding the escalating situation in Palestine.

The plan includes engagements with officials from both countries to address the critical circumstances unfolding in the Palestinian territories.

Bagheri Kani highlighted the continuous and brutal attacks by the zionist regime on the residential areas of Gaza, which have extended into the fourth consecutive week. The Palestinian Ministry of Health has reported an alarming toll, indicating that over 8,000 Palestinians have lost their lives during these attacks. Shockingly, half of the casualties are reported to be innocent and vulnerable Palestinian children.

The purpose of Amir-Abdollahian's diplomatic efforts is to engage in discussions and seek possible resolutions and support amid the ongoing crisis in Palestine, which has captured global attention due to the alarming loss of lives and the disproportionate impact on civilians.

Iran, through its Foreign Minister's diplomatic visits, aims to engage in strategic dialogues with Qatar and Türkiye, seeking international support and discussing potential diplomatic interventions to address the devastating situation in Palestine. (ILKHA)
