In a press interview on Tuesday, Lifshitz said: “When we arrived in Gaza, they immediately assured us that, as they believe in the Qur’an, they would not harm us.”
“A paramedic and a doctor visited us and made sure we had our regular medications. They were very keen on our health. We had a doctor who visited us almost twice a week in order to check on us,” she added.
“They were so kind and made sure that we ate well. They shared us their food. We were treated very well as they paid attention to every detail. We were accompanied by women who demonstrated a real concern over our health and feminine hygiene and guaranteed that we had everything we needed,” she said.
The freed Israeli old woman recalled that Hamas had planned everything prior to the operation as they took care of everything that would be needed, even the shampoos. (ILKHA)
