The Coast Guard Command responded swiftly to reports of a group of irregular migrants stranded in a rubber boat off the coast of Kuşadası.
Upon receiving this information, a rescue team was dispatched to the area. The rescue operation saw 37 irregular migrants being safely recovered from their rubber boat, which had been pushed back into Turkish territorial waters by Greek forces.
