Zionist regime's warplanes launched dozens of air raids on government buildings in the central and northern Gaza Strip, and Hamas-run sites.

The warplanes also bombed another site near residential towers in the northern Gaza Strip.

In Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, a Palestinian ambulance was targeted near Nasser Hospital. Several people were injured during the attack.

Dozens of Israeli soldiers and settlers died and hundreds of others were injured during a major cross-border operation launched early on Saturday by Palestinian resistance fighters, named as the Aqsa Flood operation.

Mohamed al-Deif, commander-in-chief of al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas, said the operation was launched in response to Israel's continued aggression on Jerusalem's Aqsa Mosque. (ILKHA)
