The most recent fatality occurred on Wednesday morning when ZOF opened fire during clashes with local youths in the Aqabat Jabr refugee camp in Jericho.
The martyr, identified as 19-year-old Dhargham al-Akhras, suffered a fatal head wound from a bullet.
Reports suggest that during the same ZOF raid in Aqabat Jabr, another young man sustained moderate injuries, and two individuals were reportedly abducted from their homes.
This incident comes on the heels of the death of 29-year-old Atta Mousa from Mirka village in Jenin, who succumbed to critical gunshot injuries sustained during the ZOF aggression in Jenin refugee camp on Tuesday evening.
The situation further deteriorated as the Palestinian health ministry reported three additional fatalities and 30 injuries, some severe, during a violent ZOF raid in Jenin camp on the previous night.
Meanwhile, in Gaza, one young man was martyred, and 11 others sustained injuries on Tuesday evening as Israeli forces confronted protests in various border areas, expressing support for the Aqsa Mosque.
Tensions continue to rise in the region as these tragic incidents mark a concerning surge in violence, drawing international attention and condemnation. (ILKHA)
