The revered figure had been receiving medical care for an extended period before succumbing to his illness in the evening.

Mullah Muhammad Özer, the Secretary General of ITTİHADUL ULEMA, took to his social media account to share the news of Mullah Mustafa Durgun's demise.

“Our esteemed Master Mullah Mustafa has passed away tonight. May Allah treat him with His mercy,” Özer stated.
