The bus was traveling from Erzurum to Kars when it fell from the viaduct, which has a height of 50 meters. The cause of the accident is not yet known.
Health, search and rescue teams (UMKE), gendarmerie, and fire brigade were dispatched to the scene.
The injured were taken to hospitals in Sarıkamış after receiving initial medical treatment at the scene, while the deceased were transported to the morgue.
