Yapıcıoğlu reminded that May 29th marks the 570th anniversary of the conquest of Istanbul, which was prophesied by the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH). He also noted that two days ago, on May 27th, it was the 1384th anniversary of the conquest of Diyarbakır by Islamic armies.
Expressing gratitude and remembrance, Yapıcıoğlu honored the conquerors of Diyarbakır and Istanbul, namely Iyāḍ ibn Ghanm and Mehmed the Conqueror, along with their soldiers. He reiterated the party's commitment to safeguarding the legacies left by these conquests.
Regarding the elections, the Chairman said: “On May 14th, Parliamentary General Elections and Presidential elections were held. However, the Presidential election proceeded to a second round. The second round of the Presidential election, which took place on May 28th, concluded without any significant issues. Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Presidential candidate of the People's Alliance, emerged victorious from the election. I congratulate our esteemed President for this success. I pray to Almighty Allah that this result brings goodness to our country and our nation.”
Yapıcıoğlu emphasized the unfortunate presence of political misconduct and actions contrary to ethical principles during the election process. However, he commended the resilience and wisdom of the Turkish people, who, despite the reckless use of hate speech, prioritized peace, security, and stability in expressing their will. He asserted that the imperial powers and the mentality of trusteeship seeking to shape Turkish politics had been defeated.
“HÜDA PAR has significantly contributed to the victory of People’s Alliance”
Yapıcıoğlu emphasized that the outcome of the elections should serve as a lesson to those who conducted their election campaigns through lies, slander, perception operations, and black propaganda.
He continued as follows: “This outcome is a response to those who pursue politics not through competition but through hatred, animosity, and enmity, as well as regional and global evil forces that had aimed to usurp our nation's will and future. They are the ones who have lost. The true winners of the elections are undoubtedly all 85 million citizens. We believe that this result is a crucial threshold for Türkiye's new century. Hopefully, our country will continue its path much stronger in the future.”
“HÜDA PAR has been the most significant actor in this process with its political stance and practices. HÜDA PAR, which altered the balance in the elections, has had a significant impact on both parliamentary and presidential results. HÜDA PAR has achieved the desired success in the parliamentary and presidential elections, securing its political presence in the Parliament. Once again, I wish for the election results to bring blessings to our country. We thank our people who expressed their will by going to the ballot box, all our organizations that served in the field and at the ballot boxes throughout the election process and election day, and everyone who contributed to and worked for this success.”
Yapıcıoğlu underlined that in their 11-year-long political journey, they have made efforts to develop unique solutions to every issue that concerns the nation, the country, the Islamic ummah, and humanity that suffer.
“The election is now over. It is time for action.”
Recalling that they nominated 4 deputy candidates representing HÜDA PAR in the AK Party lists under the People's Alliance and that all of their candidates were elected, Yapıcıoğlu, stated: “In the second round of the elections, thanks to Allah, our President has been reelected with the support of our people. The election process has come to an end. Now is the time for action. We hope that those who try to sow seeds of discord among our people and those who antagonize those who do not think like them have reflected upon and learned from these results, realizing that a polarizing and excluding political approach will not lead anywhere.”
“The solution to the problems lies in Ankara”
Furthermore, Yapıcıoğlu stressed that Ankara is the address for finding solutions to the country's problems, emphasizing that Washington, Brussels, Tel Aviv, Kandil (PKK), or any other place should not be considered as the appropriate venues.
Regarding HÜDA PAR's political stance in parliament, Yapıcıoğlu said: “With its people-centered and solution-oriented politics, HÜDA PAR will contribute significantly to our country. Our nation has many unresolved problems. We will make efforts, utilizing all the resources at our disposal, to address the material and spiritual issues of our people. As HÜDA PAR, we have important responsibilities awaiting us in the Parliament to resolve the political, social, and economic problems existing in our country. “
In conclusion, Yapıcıoğlu reaffirmed HÜDA PAR's commitment to humanity, justice, peace, and brotherhood, and its dedication to guiding the country in the new century based on indigenous and civilian principles, including the establishment of a new constitution. The party aims to strengthen various sectors, such as the judiciary, economy, education, healthcare, family institution, and social services, using the nation's material and spiritual potential. He reiterated that all efforts are dedicated to the welfare of the country and its people. (ILKHA)
