Turkish security forces neutralize 19 PKK members in northern Syria, says Defense Minister

Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar announced on Tuesday that Turkish security forces had “neutralized” 19 PKK members in northern Syria during a recent operation.

Speaking at an event in Kayseri, Akar stated that the fight against terrorism was ongoing and gaining momentum, with a total of 126 terrorists neutralized in the past month.

The term “neutralized” is used by Turkish authorities to indicate that the terrorists either surrendered, were killed, or captured. (ILKHA)
