On the other hand, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is expressing "deep concern" over the recent security developments in Gaza and the escalating violence, accompanied by the perilous potential for additional loss of life, according to his spokesperson's statement.
Guterres strongly denounces the tragic civilian casualties, particularly those involving children and women, considering them utterly unacceptable and calling for an immediate halt.
Additionally, he appeals to all involved parties, emphasizing the utmost importance of exercising restraint and actively striving to bring an end to hostilities promptly. (ILKHA)
