The talks, which took place from May 1-4 at the George Shultz National Foreign Affairs Training Center in Arlington, VA, also included meetings with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and Assistant to the President and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.

During the talks, the ministers discussed their views on the current situation and expressed their positions on issues related to normalizing relations.

While progress was reportedly made on some articles of the draft bilateral Agreement on Peace and Establishment of Interstate Relations, the ministers acknowledged that there are still differences on some key issues. (ILKHA)
