When asked about the Kurdish issue, he emphasized that all the problems faced by the Kurdish people stemmed from the CHP mentality.

Ramanlı stated that there is no will in the Nation Alliance for the solution of this issue. He also pointed out that the perception that all Kurds vote for one party is not correct, as only 6 million out of the 20 million Kurdish voters in Türkiye voted for the HDP.

Ramanlı underlined that it will not be possible to make progress in the Kurdish issue as long as the weapons are not eliminated and the environment of trust is not established.

He added that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who had said ‘I wore a white shroud’ for this issue, took serious steps in this regard. However, these steps did not reach the desired level afterwards.

Ramanlı expressed hope that Erdogan would take more serious and solid steps in the Kurdish issue and bring a solution to it.

According to Ramanlı, no one expects the Nation Alliance to do this because the Kurdish issue is a product of the CHP mentality.

Ramanlı stated that the CHP has revealed such an issue in Türkiye and that all of today's problems arose from the CHP and have survived to the present day.

“Today, the CHP does not give hope to the Kurds, and they do not even say a nice word,” Ramanlı emphasized.

Ramanlı also pointed out that although there might not be a consensus on some issues, some of the demands that his party frequently raises are included in the AK Party Election Declaration.

He mentioned that President Erdogan announced his election manifesto earlier in the week and that two or three of the items that they had been frequently mentioning and demanding to have a place in Türkiye's politics are included in the manifesto.

Ramanlı is in favor of abolishing interviews altogether and thinks that whoever got what score should be placed according to their success. (ILKHA)
