“Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration and Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov is coming to Turkey upon the invitation of Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar,” Türkiye’s Defense Ministry said on Twitter.
