More than 150 people were injured in areas in northwest of Syria and at least 320 people were injured in regime-held areas, including 100 people in Aleppo, 40 in Hama, 120 in Lattakia, and the rest in areas in Idlib countryside, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR).
“The injuries varied between bruises, fractures, and wounds caused due to the fall of rocks and stones of buildings or as a result of the stampede, tension, and neural breakdown cases in addition to heart failure cases caused by fear, hypertension or diabetes for those with chronic conditions,” the group said.
