Several of those detained children were injured before or during their detention, while some others suffer from health issues.

This came in a report released by PPS on Saturday on the occasion of “World Children’s Day,” which is celebrated on November 20 each year.

Five of the detained children are held in administrative detention, but one of them has recently exceeded the age of childhood.

According to the report, the majority of the children, who were arrested during the current year, were exposed to different forms of physical and psychological torture. (ILKHA)
