The organization, which engages in a great deal of charity works such as the construction of mosques and freshwater wells and the delivery of food, clothes, and blankets to the people in need across the world, is continuing relief efforts in Africa.
The IHO EBRAR officials, who went to the Darul Hayr Madrasa in Bamako, provided aid parcels consisting of bags, notebooks, pens and many other stationery supplies to 500 students in need.
Speaking to Ilke News Agency regarding their relief efforts in Mali, Ayhan Çokkaş, a volunteer for IHO EBRAR, said: “The students try to obtain education here on handmade desks and tables on the earthen floor in the makeshift barracks that have been converted into classrooms. These classrooms not suitable for education at all. However, there are more than 500 students in the school.” (ILKHA)
