“At least seven Ukrainian civilians were killed and 22 others injured in a Russian strike on a regional government building in the southern Ukrainian city of Mykolaiv,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video address to the Danish parliament.

The United Nations human rights office said that there have been at least 2,975 civilian casualties amid Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

That figure includes 1,151 deaths, including 54 children, and 1,824 injuries, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights reported. (ILKHA)
