In a statement on Twitter, the General Directorate of Security said that they had seized more than 80 kilograms of liquid methamphetamine stashed inside a car during a routine stop on Erzurum-Erzincan Highway.
Turkey maintains strict laws against the use, possession, or trafficking of illegal drugs. If convicted under these offenses, one could receive a heavy fine or a prison sentence of 4 to 24 years. (ILKHA)
