Hope Caravan Foundation, an international help organization based in Istanbul, Turkey, has been continuing its humanitarian aid campaign since February 11 in Afghanistan, where more than 23 million people face acute hunger, including 9 million who are nearly famished, due to 2 decade-long US occupation.

After starting its humanitarian aid work in Kabul, the nation’s capital, the foundation carried on its aid work by distributing food parcels, bread, and clothes to thousands of families living in IDP camps in Balkh and Jowzjan provinces.

On Tuesday, the foundation provided clothing aid to children living in IDP camps in Afghanistan’s northern Mazar-i-Sharif and Sheberghan provinces.

During the distribution of aid, it was observed that most of the children got sick and coughed due to the heating problem in the tents. (ILKHA)
