Palestinian protesters confronted the zionist occupation forces at the entrance leading to the village of Burqa, defending their lands.
The Zionist soldiers fired live bullets, rubber-coated rounds, stun grenades, and teargas to disperse the protesters. They injured at least 10 Palestinians with gunfire and another 48 protesters by rubber-coated rounds.
Those wounded by live bullets were rushed to a hospital in the nearby city of Nablus for medical treatment, and one of them was in a critical condition, according to local sources.
The confrontation between Palestinian civilians and zionist occupation forces came after about 15,000 settlers gathered near the Homesh outpost, northwest of Nablus, to commemorate a zionist settler killed last week. (ILKHA)
