Hamas slams MK Mansour for recognizing zionist regime as Jewish state

The Hamas Movement has denounced Arab Knesset member Mansour Abbas’s remarks for recognizing israel as a Jewish state, describing his remarks in this regard as “a flagrant bias in favor of the Zionist narrative.”

In a statement, Hamas said that Mansour’s remarks were “a clear violation of the Palestinian national consensus” and “a clear endorsement of the Jewish nation-state law” that was approved by the Knesset in 2018.

It also condemned the remarks as “a serious inclination towards the positions of the extremist Zionist right wing.”

“Our Palestinian people from all spectra will remain steadfast on their historical land —refusing to give up an inch of it, defending its Arab and Islamic identity and resisting the Zionist presence on its soil,” Hamas said. (ILKHA)
