In press remarks, Sheikh Sabri condemned the Israeli occupation state’s actions in the holy city as “illegal and illegitimate,” and affirmed that the Jerusalemite people would never recognize them.  

He also stressed that the Jerusalemites would remain steadfast in defending their holy city and would never forsake their Aqsa Mosque. (ILKHA)
