The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities, with 631,891 deaths, followed by Brazil with 560,801 deaths, India with 426,785, and Mexico with 243,165 deaths.
At least 181,646,686 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
