The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 33,715,951 cases, followed by India with 24,965,463 cases, Brazil with 15,627,475, France with 5,877,787, Turkey with 5,117,374 cases, Russia with 4,949,573 cases, the United Kingdom with 4,450,777 cases, and Italy with 4,159,122 cases.
A total of 142,279,417 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
