Brazil reports 1,439 new coronavirus-related deaths in the last 24 hours

The number of confirmed cases has reached 9,060,786 in the country, an increase of 60,301 cases in the last 24 hours, according to the country’s Health Ministry.

Brazil is the third-hardest hit by the virus worldwide after the United States and India.

More than 7,923,794 patients suffering from coronavirus have fully recovered and been discharged from hospitals in the country.

Sao Paulo, the country’s most populated state, continues to be the epicenter of the coronavirus pandemic in Brazil.

The state has so far reported more than 1,75 million confirmed coronavirus cases, with at least 52,481 deaths. (ILKHA)
