Turkey reports 129 new coronavirus-related death in the last 24 hours

132 more people have died due to coronavirus in the last 24 hours, bringing the country’s death toll from the disease to 25,650, Turkey’s Health Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.

According to the statement, the number of confirmed cases rose to 2,457,118, after 7,279 more people tested positive for COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.

While at least 1,751 patients are in critical condition, 2,340,216 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.

29,181,125 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted to detect infections in the country. (ILKHA)
