1,623 more people have died from coronavirus in Mexico, rising the country’s death toll to 153,639, according to the Health Ministry.
The number of infections has been 1,806,849, in an increase of 17,944 cases in the last 24 hours.
1,362,525 people suffering from the disease have been discharged from hospitals after being cured.
Mexico is the country with the fourth-highest coronavirus death toll, with only the US, Brazil, and India recording greater numbers. (ILKHA)
