The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 24,482,050 cases, followed by India with 10,572,672 cases, Brazil with 8,488,099 cases, Russia with 3,568,209 cases, United Kingdom with 3,395,959 cases, France with 2,910,989, Turkey with 2,387,101 cases and Italy with 2,381,277 cases.
A total 68,201,616 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
