A delegation of senior Turkish officials visited Azerbaijan after Armenia and Azerbaijan had struck a Russia-brokered ceasefire deal to end the clashes in Nagorno-Karabakh.
In Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, Aliyev received the delegation which included the minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu, minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar and Director of National Intelligence Organization Hakan Fidan.
On Tuesday, Armenia and Azerbaijan reached an agreement to end the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, which erupted on September 27. (ILKHA)
