Turkey: 81 more people died of coronavirus in the last 24 hours

Turkey has reported 81 new deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, bringing the country’s death toll from the virus to 10,639, the country’s Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said in a statement on Thursday.

According to the statement, the number of patients reached 386,820, an increase of 2,311 patients over the past 24 hours.

While at least 2,564 patients are in critical condition, 332,379 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.

14,700,951 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted to detect infections in the country. (ILKHA)
