Turkey’s death toll from coronavirus rises to 10,481

Turkey has reported 79 new deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, bringing the country’s death toll from the virus to 10,481, the country’s Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said in a statement on Tuesday.

According to the statement, the number of patients reached 382,118, an increase of 2,343 patients over the past 24 hours.

While at least 2,386 patients are in critical condition, 328,824 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.

14,410,507 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted to detect infections in the country. (ILKHA)
