The negotiations will be spearheaded by the Organization for Cooperation and Security in Europe Minsk Group.
The ceasefire will start at noon on October 10, according to a document agreed upon by Azerbaijani, Armenian and Russian foreign ministers in Moskova.
Heavy fighting between Armenian and Azerbaijani forces erupted in the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region on September 27.
At least 300 people, including many civilians, have been reported killed in the fighting. (ILKHA)
