The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 6,460,421 cases, followed by Brazil with 4,204,613 cases, India with 4,137,606 cases, Russia with 1,025,505 cases, Peru with 689,977 cases, Colombia with 666,521 cases, South Africa with 638,517 cases and Mexico with 634,023 cases.
A total of 19,379,478 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
